Kenya
Most visitors need an approved Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA) before travelling to Kenya. Apply online through the official Kenya eTA portal (etakenya.go.ke) well before departure, as approval can take several days. Citizens of East African Community countries are generally exempt. Your passport should be valid for at least six months from your arrival date and have blank pages for stamps. Carry your eTA approval, return or onward ticket and proof of accommodation. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required if you arrive from a country with a risk of yellow fever transmission. We also recommend speaking to a travel clinic about malaria prevention. Entry rules and fees change. Please confirm the current requirements for your nationality on the official Kenya government sites before you travel.
